1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion
3. 4. Black cardholders must play Slots or Tables using their Goldfields Casino Rewards card to earn points and qualify for a position in the Top 100 Leaderboard
5. Points earning starts 9 Nov – 9 Dec 2021 and the Draw will take place on 12 December at 15h00
6. The Top 100 Leaderboard will be split into two with 70 Slots & 30 Tables players
7. The Top 100 will earn tickets into the draw and qualify for FreePlay as per the set criteria below:

8. Participants must activate their draw tickets at the eHost machines between 10 – 12 Dec within the specified times during which the entry bins are open. The opening and closing times for the entry bins will be advertised through mediums used for this promotion
9. Entries cannot be purchased through cash, points or any other form of consideration
10. The winners will be selected manually for the entry bin. Draw times and dates, and points criteria to earn tickets for the draw, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion
11. A total number of 5 winners will be selected
12. Participants may have more than one ticket in the electronic entry bin but can only win once per draw
13. Participants do not need to be present and will be notified telephonically if their names are drawn. It is the Rewards member’s responsibility to ensure that Goldfields Casino has up to date contact details on file
14. Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant prize winner within 15 days from the date of the draw at Goldfields Casino. The winner will be required to produce a positive and acceptable form of identification (RSA ID, SA driver’s license, or Passport)
15. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes
16. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into
17. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified
18. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw(s), irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management
19. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;
20. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force
21. The rules of this promotion are only valid as set out under the Covid-19 Alert Level during which they were issued and are subject to change should the Covid-19 Alert Level change as per government gazetted guidelines
22. The FSGLTA will be informed of unresolved disputes, subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
23. Any complaint and/or dispute can be lodged to the FSGLTA.
