  1. Any person who is under 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotional competition.
  2. This promotional competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  3. This promotional competition is exclusive to Rewards Members at Goldfields Tsogo Sun.
  4. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
  5. Participating Rewards members need to play Tables and earn as many points as possible over the promotional period to feature on the Leader board.
  6. Entry into this promotion is by invitation only. The invitation will be based on the Top 7 table’s point’s earners (1st to 7th most points earned) within the prescribed promotional points earning periods.
  7. All qualifying participates will be informed via SMS / phone call of their invitation to partake in the tournament, including the date and time thereof.
  8. If an invitee does not want to participate in the tournament, then the 8th highest point’s earner will be invited and so forth to make up the 7 participants per game type.
  9. In the event that a participant accepted, but then cannot attend the tournament, they may not nominate a proxy to attend on their behalf. In this case, if there is still sufficient time before the tournament commences, then the 8th highest point’s earner can be contacted and so forth. If there is insufficient time, then one less person will participate.
  10. The same Rules as with the weekly promotions will apply during the semi-final for when participants don’t want to or cannot participate. They cannot nominate a proxy player and then the 22nd largest point’s earner will be invited and so forth.
  11. Notwithstanding the above, participants who have earned more than one seat for the Semi-Final, will have to nominate a proxy to play on their behalf on the additional seat/s and may not interfere with the nominated players’ game play. The point’s earner participant however needs to be present to also partake in the promotion.
  12. Prizes will be awarded to the 1st and 2nd place Weekly Winners in the form of +Play. The Top 7 players in the Final Round will be rewarded with Cash or +Play.
  13. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
  14. Tournament prize winners will be announced at the tournaments.
  15. Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominees), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw at Goldfields Casino. The winner must present the winning receipt and a positive and acceptable form of identification.
  16. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  17. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  18. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotion, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and a draw date/s.
  19. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules under their participation.
  20. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
  21. The FSGLTA will be informed of unresolved disputes, subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
  22. Any complaint and/or dispute can be lodged with the FSGLTA.
